Who we are
TravelAidNow India is a travel agency arranging holidays for travellers departing from India. We are an independent business and are not an airline, a hotel chain, or a government tourism body. Where we sell flights, accommodation, transport or activities, we act as an agent for the supplier who actually provides them.
What the booking fee is
The ₹500 you pay on this site is a booking confirmation fee. It is not a deposit against the cost of your holiday and it is not payment for any travel service. It reserves your place on the departure window you selected for 72 hours while our team prices your trip.
Paying it does not create a binding travel contract. A contract is formed only when you approve a written quote from us and we confirm it in writing.
Prices shown on this site
Every price on this website is indicative. It reflects a realistic per-person figure on twin sharing for the departure shown, based on prices available at the time of publication. Air fares, hotel rates and exchange rates move constantly, and your final price depends on your departure city, exact dates, room configuration and party size.
Your final price is confirmed in writing on the call. You are never obliged to accept it, and you owe us nothing beyond the booking fee if you decline.
Seat availability
Seat counts shown against each departure reflect the places we are currently holding with our suppliers. They can change between the moment you load the page and the moment you pay. If a departure fills while you are booking, we will tell you immediately, offer the nearest alternative dates, and refund your fee in full if none of them work for you.
Your responsibilities
- Give us names exactly as they appear on the passport or government ID you will travel with. Airlines charge to correct a name, and some do not permit it at all.
- Hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond your date of entry, with the blank pages your destination requires.
- Tell us about any medical condition, dietary requirement or mobility need that affects the itinerary, before we quote.
- Obtain the visas required for your journey. We assist with filing and documentation, but the decision rests with the consulate.
- Arrive at airports and pickup points at the times stated on your final itinerary.
Things outside our control
We are not liable for loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, landslides, strikes, civil unrest, epidemics, airline schedule changes, airport closures, or decisions taken by immigration and visa authorities. Where such an event affects a confirmed trip we will work with our suppliers to recover as much of your money as they release, and we will not charge you a service fee for that work.
This is one reason we recommend travel insurance on every trip, and require it on some.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
