We publish a shortlist instead — only destinations that are genuinely in season over the next three months, with the reason spelled out on every page. If you want somewhere that is not listed, call us; it is almost certainly out of season, and we will tell you when to go instead.

Within 30 minutes during desk hours, which are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST, seven days a week. If you book outside those hours you will get a confirmation email immediately and a call first thing the next morning.

No, and any site that says otherwise before knowing your dates and party size is guessing. The figures shown are indicative per-person floors on twin sharing, including flights from a major metro. Your final quote depends on your departure city, exact dates, room configuration and hotel class, and it is confirmed on the call before you pay anything beyond the ₹500 hold.

Yes. The listed windows are fixed departures we can service efficiently, but we build private departures on your dates all the time. Book the nearest window or request a callback, tell us your actual dates on the call, and we will price it. Private departures usually cost 10–20% more because the group cost is not shared.

We prepare and file the documentation for every international destination we sell, including the day-by-day itinerary and hotel confirmations that consulates ask for. The visa fee itself is paid to the consulate at actuals and is never marked up. We hold your departure until the visa is in hand — you are never asked for a balance payment against an unapproved visa.

The ₹500 hold is refunded in full if you cancel before confirming the itinerary, or if we cannot confirm your dates. Once you approve a quote and pay the balance, the airline and hotel cancellation terms for your specific booking apply, and those are stated in writing in your confirmation before you pay. We do not add a cancellation charge of our own on top.

Payments run through Cashfree, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. Card details are entered on Cashfree's own checkout and never reach our servers. UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets are all accepted.

It is less expensive than most people assume once you are there — trains, convenience-store food and business hotels are all reasonable. The costs that hurt are the flight and the JR Pass. A realistic all-in figure for seven nights is ₹1.45–2.2 lakh per person depending on hotel class and how many Shinkansen legs you take.

Yes, with the right pacing. The itineraries we sell are built around acclimatisation, not sightseeing density — you land, rest, and only cross a high pass on day three or later. Travellers with uncontrolled hypertension, recent cardiac events or advanced respiratory conditions should clear the trip with their doctor first, and we will tell you the same on the call.

The tourist circuit — Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonamarg — has been running normally and receives millions of Indian visitors a year. We track the official advisory and local conditions for each departure window, and we will postpone or refund rather than send a group into an unstable week. If you want the current read on a specific date, ask on the call and we will give you a straight answer.

In this window, north. Hanoi, Ha Long, Ninh Binh and Sapa are all at their best from September to November, while central Vietnam around Hoi An and Da Nang is in its wettest months and can flood. If you want Hoi An, come in February to April instead — and we will tell you that rather than sell you a soaked itinerary.

Early November is still good; by December the smaller falls thin out noticeably and Nohkalikai loses much of its width. If waterfalls are your main reason for going, book a September or October window. If root bridges and Dawki are the priority, November is arguably better because visibility is best and crowds have thinned.

It rarely rains all day. The usual pattern is a bright morning, a heavy afternoon burst, then a clear evening. We schedule backwaters and estate walks in the morning and indoor experiences — Ayurveda, Kathakali, spice markets — for the afternoon, which is why the itineraries look different from the December ones.

Three, unless you have nine days or more. Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur in six nights is a good trip. Adding Jaisalmer and Pushkar to the same six nights turns it into a bus tour where you see the inside of a car. We will push back on over-packed routes on the call — it is the single most common thing we fix.

Yes. Our departures run on a shared tempo traveller or a private SUV depending on group size, with a driver who has done the Kunzum crossing before. Public HRTC buses do exist and are extraordinarily cheap, but they run once a day and a single landslide costs you two days of a seven-day trip.

Yes — Poon Hill is four to five days of walking on maintained trails with tea houses each night, and thousands of first-timers do it every October. It needs reasonable fitness and the ability to walk five hours a day, not technical skill. Everest Base Camp is a different proposition and needs twelve days and real preparation.

We book whichever you want with PADI-registered operators only — the unregistered boats on Havelock are cheaper and are not worth it.

Nobody can promise a mountain. What we can say is that October and November have historically the highest clear-morning rate of the year, and our itineraries put you in two separate viewpoints on different mornings — Tiger Hill and Pelling — so a single cloudy dawn does not cost you the sighting.

Resort if this is a honeymoon or a milestone trip and the overwater villa is the point. Local island if you want the same water and reefs at a fifth of the price and do not mind a guesthouse, a public beach and no alcohol. Both are legitimate; the mistake is booking a local island expecting a resort experience.

If it is your first Thailand trip, two nights in Bangkok is worth it for the palaces and the food. If you have been before, skip it entirely and put those nights on Krabi or Koh Lanta — the domestic flight adds three hours to your day and Bangkok in transit is a poor use of a short trip.
